Our Shipping Terms and Conditions;
We offer Platinum express shipping at $11.90 . The price includes all packaging and handling through our delivery process, all orders are carefully packed, price includes materials such as box, tissue paper etc and are sold at the lowest price. Goods are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase and this only includes business days (Monday to Friday). At Joli By Juska we try and have your orders dispatched by the latest 48 hours. If you need the fascinator by a certain day please email and we will try and cater to your needs - Express Platinum Posting- $11.90- needs to be signed on delivery and is guaranteed next day delivery within specified networks. - Pick up- if you would like to pick up items please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Our Returns Terms and Conditions;
Returns can be made if we are notified at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within two days receipt of goods. The item/s are to be returned with a copy of the original invoice, and they must be returned within 7 days from notification, in the new and unused condition, we do not accept damaged returns. All returns must be packaged and mailed so there will be no damage on return. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund. A re-stock administration fee of $10 will be deducted from refunded amount.
